What forms of payment does Avosetta Home take? 

We take Visa, Mastercard and Amercian Express 

What is the Avosetta Home return policy?

We want you to be as excited as we are about the pillows in your home. We take great care in inspecting and shipping every order, but understand that when it comes to having something in our homes it also needs to feel right.

We will accept returns on unwashed, unused, full price goods in resalable condition for up to 14 days from date of purchase. Purchases must be returned in their original packaging. We will refund to your original form of payment. We do not refund shipping costs, custom orders, discounted orders or sale items. 

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Every order is inspected before it leaves Avosetta Home.  In case of damage, please email us at hello@avosettahome.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can work together to replace the item. No claims can be made after 48 hours. 

Please note that fabrics made out of natural materials often have loops, burrs and inconsistencies that are inherent to the looming process and are not considered defects. Additionally, many of our fabrics and trims are hand-printed and/or hand-dyed and may have slight imperfections that come with artisan work and are not regarded as defects. Pattern placement may vary due to repeat, please email us if you have questions. 

How will I know when my order has shipped? 

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships via FEDex, UPS or USPS. 

How do I care for my Avosetta Home pillows? 

All covers and inserts should be professionally dry cleaned. 

What kind of inserts does Avosetta Home use? 

All our pillows include 90/10 white goose down and feather inserts. If you are allergic or prefer synthetic inserts we are happy to oblige. Please email us after your order has been placed with your order number to hello@avosettahome.com so we can make the swap. 

Does Avosetta Home do custom work?

Yes, we love doing custom work. Send us your ideas, dreams or a swatch of fabric to match and we will provide you with a quote for service. Please note all custom work is final sale.  

Does Avosetta Home offer a Designer Discount? 

We love to partner with Designers. Please email us at, hello@avosettahome.com to find out if you qualify. 

Does Avosetta Home share my email address or personal information?

Absolutely not. We despise unwanted mail as much as you do, and will  never share your information.
